There are certain careers that shape who you are at your core — for me, that was my time in 911 EMS dispatch.

For over a decade, I worked behind the scenes in some of life’s most critical moments. Every call required calm under pressure, quick thinking, and, most importantly, the ability to truly listen. People weren’t just calling for help — they were trusting me in moments of uncertainty, stress, and sometimes fear.

What I didn’t realize at the time was how much that experience would prepare me for my next chapter: real estate.
